Why is DykePage Not a Free Service?DykePage has been over 3 years in the making, has cost $thousands of dollars to develop, and absolutely untold hours (truly, I have very little hair left after all the hair-tearing!), and represents unprecedented value to members. We believe in fair return for value, and even though $25 a year is cheaper than cheap, at least it is a gesture that serves to engage women more strongly with us, and which acts as a barrier to those who'd use the site merely to make a nuisance of themselves. In short, charging a low fee adds yet more value to the site because it leads to more committed membership, and protects our environment from spammers and troublemakers - keeping it nice :-) How Do I Upload Articles or News, or My Favourite Recipe?Once you've logged in, just click on "Submit News" or "Tell Your Story" or "Submit Recipe" and you'll be presented with a page to fill in the relevant details. You can use html, and include photos or embed video or audio. Please keep in mind that a good standard of English is expected, and that we can't and don't provide editing services.
